  17.      I too got a chance (at Looong last) to see B5 when it aired here
  18. in New England. Knowing of the Lightwave connection I was watching the
  19. animations quite closely, and wasn't dissapointed. But I also found I
  20. enjoyed the show itself. Sure, the plot was minimal, the acting not
  21. Oscar quality, but there Was a plot, and there Was acting. That's rare
  22. these days.
  23.      I guess my biggest impression was that the use of LW graphics
  24. divorced the entire production from the `hyper-realistic' movies (such
  25. as Star Wars, etc.), and gave us much more of `classic Science
  26. Fiction' feel. I liked that! I could suspend disbelief more easily and
  27. enjoy the entertainment.

  29.      By-the-by: I am a novice Toaster/LW user, waiting to upgrade my
  30. system as soon as money allows. I'll probably be asking some pretty
  31. basic questions here soon. Forgive me if I seem dense, but I'm one of
  32. those folk getting into desktop video from the Video end, not the
  33. computer end..... 8-)
